Application and operation
System description
The package combines CURSAL TRSI 7000 OL (2017, EC909 control), CURSAL TRSI 7000 AP (2014, SP 5.0 control) and DELTA MASTER (2018) with TGAN. It covers component preparation and pallet nailing within one machinery purchase.
The two CURSAL saws are operational and regularly serviced, with original manuals and electrical diagrams. Inspection during production can be arranged. Programmable cutting to length supports repeatable component preparation, throughput and material utilisation.
DELTA MASTER was operational before dismantling. Its configuration comprises MASTER10MT, BL, GPT180, TGAN, IMP3 and MAG6MT. The installed length of the DELTA line is approximately 27.7 m. Reassembly, reconnection and recommissioning are required; the pallet jig/form is not included.
Package price: approx. 319,100 PLN / 73,000 EUR net for all three machines. DELTA MASTER is also offered separately for EUR 38,000 net; the two CURSAL saws remain available individually or together.
The machines are offered as a joint purchase. Layout, material transfers and commissioning at the buyer’s plant are agreed separately. Dismantling, loading and transport are the buyer’s responsibility and can be organised as separately priced services.
