Application and operation

System description

The description and photographs are retained as archival material. This offer is suspended pending confirmation of the documentation provenance and scope of the installation.

The inventory includes a Mavera SST bunker discharge system, Riela-Centro separator, Bruks-Klöckner BK-HH400x1500 hammer mill with feeding and contaminant separation, Allgaier TSI292 screen and screw conveying. The pelleting section includes Salmacon 1500LS conditioning with steam and water dosing and a Maxima 840-125LS pellet mill driven by two 160 kW motors.

Downstream equipment includes a VK 14x14RP cooler, screening, bucket and chain conveying, silos, loading and Scheuch dust extraction. The stated cooling capacity of 3-4 tonnes of pellets per hour refers to the cooler and does not establish the throughput of the complete line.

A raw-material dryer is not included in the current equipment inventory.

The inventory describes the Minimax spark-extinguishing system as uninstalled, with a missing hydraulic section and no water installation; a sprinkler system is not listed as installed. The current scope of these systems will be established with the owner before the full offer is presented.
