Colombo & Cremona CHPE 2700 veneer peeling line
Complete operational industrial line for log feeding, geometric centering and loading, veneer peeling, ribbon or sheet transport, handling and vacuum-assisted stacking. The line is in regular use and regularly serviced.
Application and operation
System description
The Colombo & Cremona line covers the core stages from receiving prepared logs to handling and stacking the produced veneer. The configuration includes log feeding, automatic geometric centering and loading, the CHPE 2700 peeling lathe, veneer transport and a downstream vacuum-gripper handling system.
The CHPE 2700 peeling lathe works with a CN/P-800 centering and loading unit for logs with diameters from 150 to 800 mm. The documented knife length, peeling speed and overall line length are indicative values from the available documentation; binding values will be stated in the technical offer.
Commercial terms, inspection, dismantling and logistics are arranged individually.
