Application and operation
System description
The machine optimizes cross-cutting of hardwood and softwood components. The configuration includes powered infeed, a marking station with side tables for two operators and an outfeed belt conveyor.
The fluorescent camera reads operator-applied marks and supports three quality classes. This is not automatic defect detection on unmarked timber by an optical scanner.
The supplier’s current specification lists input lengths of 400–6,000 mm, widths up to 200 mm and thicknesses of 12–80 mm. Maximum feed of 120 m/min and a 0.7–1.2 s cycle are specification values; achieved throughput depends on timber and the cutting task.
Asking price: 140,000 PLN / approx. 32,000 EUR net / 172,200 PLN / approx. 39,400 EUR gross. The supplier lists operating documentation and a declaration of conformity. Availability, included equipment, inspection, transport and commissioning scope are confirmed before a transaction.
